Guess I'm not the only one on planet earth who loved the Valentine table runner... it made the treasury on Etsy... check it out HERE!

In Love
This one is in the shop already, but I just had to post a picture here. I'm so in love with this one that I'm working on another one for myself. I just love the puff of the appliqued leaves and flowers created by the background quilting. I've also been needing to add ric-rac to something - and mixing the quilting method was also on my long list of things to do. Not to mention that it is my personal goal to create something from every line Sandy Gervais puts out... I'll wish myself luck on that one as she's incredibly prolific. Life is like a box of Valentine chocolates, you never know how much you need something before you make it!

Another one...
Loved the first one so much I made this newborn set for a friend who's due in two weeks. I'm out of control! Shoe pattern can be found here. Dress pattern I made up... as usual.

A little early
Not only is it a little early to be posting today but I'm a little premature in making a little spring dress for my little "who" this year. I whipped this up last night after I put her to bed. It's very easy - straps, bodice front and back with lining, skirt front and back with ruffle... She actually wanted to wear it this morning which is always the best reward for making something!

Weekend Projects
I was feeling a little ambitious/curious about the possibility of making some pants for my little "who" and wanted to get crazy with the serger. The result: two pair of knit pants with double lettuce ruffled edge! I think they turned out nicely (not to mention quickly).
So after some fit throwing she finally let me get a few pics. She's 2 after all...
And a preview for my mom of the pincushion organizer I made for her as a late Christmas hostess present. Thanks for spoiling all of us! In case you just need to make one of these, a free pdf pattern for this organizer can be found here.

Resolved.
New Year's resolutions are made to be broken... but at least a few of last year's projects have found their resolution.
